Mackinac Island Day Trip
Join us for an unforgettable adventure to Mackinac Island, one of Michigan’s most iconic destinations! We’ll start the day with a scenic ferry ride across the Straits of Mackinac, offering breathtaking views of the Mackinac Bridge and the sparkling waters of Lake Huron.
Once on the island, you’ll have the chance to explore its historic charm—no cars allowed, just bikes and horse-drawn carriages! Wander through the quaint streets, visit famous sites like Fort Mackinac, take in the stunning views from Arch Rock, and treat yourself to world-famous Mackinac Island fudge.
Whether you prefer biking around the island, shopping in local boutiques, or simply relaxing by the waterfront, this trip offers something for everyone. Don’t miss this chance to experience the beauty, history, and unique culture of Mackinac Island with friends!
Cost is $50 per person and meals are not provided during our trip, however we will be stopping at restaurants for lunch and dinner.
Sleeping Bear Dunes
Join us for an unforgettable afternoon and evening exploring the breathtaking Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and winding down at Empire Beach!
We’ll start our adventure with a scenic drive or hike to one of the overlooks along Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive, offering panoramic views of Lake Michigan and the surrounding landscape.
As the evening sets in, we’ll head to Empire Beach, a beautiful spot to relax, play games, enjoy a meal together and enjoy the sunset over Lake Michigan. Bring a blanket, take a swim, or just soak in the peaceful atmosphere as the sky turns shades of orange and pink.
This is the perfect opportunity to experience Michigan’s natural beauty, make memories with your J1TC friends, and enjoy a classic Northern Michigan sunset as your summer wraps up!
